A BEAUTIFUL CONTEMPORARY HOUSE OVER THE HILLS OF EL SERENO, WITH AN AMAZING VIEW TOWARDS THE CITY SKYLINE. WHILE HAVING A STUNNING SUNSET VIEW FROM THE LIVING ROOM. THIS BUILDING’S LAYOUT OPENS TO THE SOUTH AND WEST TO ESTABLISH THESE MESMERIZING SIGHTS.

A SIMPLE DOMISTIC LAYOUT DIVIDED INTO ITS OWN PROGRAMATIC COMPONENTS. WHILE THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DESIGN IS LOADED WITH THE PRIVATE QUATERS. THE LEFT SIDE HAS A DECOMPOSED SHARED PUBLIC AREAS THAT ARE ENCLOSED BY WALLS. THIS ALLOWS THE USERS TO MOVE FROM ONE PROGRAM TO ANOTHER WITHOUT ANY CONNECTION.

THE PROJECT TACKLES THE UNDERSTANDING OF THIS TRADITIONAL LAYOUT AND RENOVATES IT. THE WALLS ENCLOSING THE PROGRAMS WITHIN THERE OWN RESPECTIVE AREAS DEMOLISH TO OPEN UP THE SPACE AND GIVE THE USERS AN OPEN SPACE AND FLUID INTERACTION BETWEEN PROGRAMS.
